By accessing or using Vestya (vestya.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscription and Billing
Vestya offers subscription-based access to the platform. The following terms apply:
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are prorated based on the remaining time in your billing period. Refund requests can be made by contacting support@vestya.net.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vestya to:
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Vestya (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of Vestya and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Vestya is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
